OA firmware upgrade procedure
The HP's OA firmware procedure is simple and straight forward.

Step 1 - Note down the current firmware versions. Click on "Browse".
Step 2 - Locate and select the OA firmware file.
Step 3 - Click OK on the pop out Message Window.
Step 4 - Once you click OK the update will begin.
Step 5 - It will first flash the Standby OA.
Step 6 - Will reset the Standby OA.
Step 7 - Initializing the Active OA.
Step 8 - Flashing the Active OA and resetting the OA.
Step 9 - Clear the browser cache and cookies before login back into the new updated OA.
Step 10 - Log back into the new updated OA and confirm the new firmware version.
