Backup the Virtual Connect configuration
Open the VCSU utility you just installed in previous steps in “Interactive mode”.
Type “configbackup’ and press enter.
Enter the OA details as asked in the screenshot below.

Enter the OA details as asked in the screenshot below.
After few minutes enter the Virtual Connect username and password.
And that’s it. You will see the backup is taken to the file location specified.
