Create Service Catalogs

The service catalog is a self-service portal where users can browse and request items that they need, track their requests, and manage the items they have provisioned.

To configure the Catalog goto --> Administrator --> Catalog Management

First lets create a Catalog service, just click on the Green + icon to create a new service. Enter the service name with other relevant details. Make sure to put the owner of this Service.


Once done, now configure the Catalog Item with the Icons and attach the Service. Select the Catalog Item and select 'Configure'



Now at the bottom against the 'Service' option, select the service name you created from the drop down.


Next is to add Entitlement. Entitlements determine which users or groups can request catalog items or perform specific actions.

Select the Entitlement Tab and choose the Name and add the Users/Groups to it.


 Select Item& Approval tab and select the services the Users are entitled for.
